Logistics Coordinator – Dallas

We are seeking a highly organized logistics coordinator / dispatcher to support daily operations, customer communication, and driver coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily load planning, scheduling, dispatching, and equipment tracking
- Resolve service failures and delivery exceptions
- Coordinate appointments with customers, terminals, and warehouses
- Track load status and provide customer updates
- Ensure timely completion of PODs and billing documentation
- Support drivers, process pay, and assist with performance and compliance
- Enter orders, communicate with customers, and track load costs
- Audit vendor invoices and support vendor coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year transportation, dispatch, or logistics experience
- Experience with trucking and freight operations preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadline pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience working with drivers and customers in a service environment
- Intermediate Excel skills preferred
